Looking for a Hybrid IT Support Specialist to provide 24/7 on-call support for Field Service operations and assist with internal IT support during scheduled hours.
📍 On-site – Mansourieh
🕒 Full-time
⏰ 24/7 On-Call Availability Required
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 24/7 on-call support for Field Service teams
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents remotely
* Document issues, actions taken & resolutions
* Provide L1/L2 IT support for internal users
* Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding & device setup
* Maintain tickets and follow SLAs
Requirements:
* Degree or diploma in IT, CS, or related field
* Strong Windows troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 & basic user administration
* Basic Linux knowledge (Fedora preferred)
* Experience with ticketing systems
* Strong communication skills
* Willingness to work nights, weekends & holidays when required
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Intune / MDM
* Basic scripting (PowerShell or Bash)
* Experience supporting field operations
