Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop advanced AI and agentic system architectures (multi-agent systems, tool-calling agents, workflow orchestration, RAG pipelines).
- Translate business requirements into AI solution designs, including data strategy, model strategy, and evaluation plans.
- Lead end-to-end AI initiatives: from problem framing and experimentation to MVP, pilot, and production deployment.
- Build and evaluate large language model (LLM)-based solutions, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and engineers to integrate agentic AI into existing products and platforms.
- Define and implement KPIs and evaluation frameworks for AI systems (quality, robustness, latency, cost).
- Ensure AI solutions follow best practices for security, privacy, and compliance (including alignment with relevant ISO and AI governance standards).
- Mentor junior data scientists, ML engineers, and AI developers, and contribute to AI best practices and internal knowledge sharing.
