🔹 Position: Mid-Level Backend Developer

🔹 Experience: 2-3 years in backend development
What You’ll Do:
✅ Design & Develop: Scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions
✅ API Development: Implement RESTful APIs & GraphQL services using Django/Django REST Framework (DRF)
✅ Database Optimization: Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, optimizing queries and indexing
✅ Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code following SOLID principles & DRY practices
✅ Testing: Implement unit and integration tests using Pytest or Unittest
✅ Security: Secure applications against SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, and other vulnerabilities
✅ Performance Optimization: Utilize caching (Redis, Memcached) and optimize database queries
✅ DevOps & CI/CD: Set up pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD
✅ Deployment & Cloud: Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
✅ Infrastructure Management: Work with Terraform or Ansible for server configurations
✅ Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams
✅ Agile Development: Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, sprint planning, and stand-up meetings
✅ Documentation: Maintain technical decisions, system architecture, and API specifications
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong proficiency in Python & Django (Django REST Framework is a must)
✔ Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
✔ Knowledge of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, Django’s built-in authentication)
✔ Familiarity with cloud platforms & containerization (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
✔ Understanding of DevOps tools & CI/CD pipelines
