The Role
We’re looking for a Full-Stack AI Developer to join our tribe and help us build smarter, faster systems across our agency and client work.
You’ll design and deploy AI-powered automations, backend logic, and lightweight web tools using technologies like n8n, Supabase, OpenAI, and JavaScript/Python frameworks. From internal systems to full client-facing AI solutions, you’ll play a key role in turning repetitive workflows into scalable, intelligent products.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build AI-driven workflows and web tools for marketing, sales, and operations
- Develop custom integrations with APIs and databases (Supabase, etc.)
- Use OpenAI (GPT-4o, Assistants API) to create smart agents, chatbots, and internal tools
- Set up and manage automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, and ManyChat
- Collaborate with our CEO and team to identify and prioritize high-ROI AI systems
- Contribute to productized AI offerings (e.g., lead-gen bots, AI sales assistants, automation dashboards)
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems to boost speed, stability, and scalability
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in full-stack, backend, or automation engineering (or equivalent projects)
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Proficiency in APIs, webhooks, and basic JavaScript or Python
- Strong grasp of OpenAI tools (prompt design, agents, function calling)
- Familiarity with Supabase, Google Workspace, and SQL is a big plus
- You take initiative, solve problems independently, and think like a builder
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex systems simply
Bonus Points
- Experience building custom GPT agents, web apps, or AI-native tools
- Familiarity with project management and content automation in agencies
- Startup or agency background where you wore multiple hats
