We’re looking for a full-stack developer with a strong backend focus to build scalable APIs and data-intensive features. You’ll work across the stack Node.js/Express + PostgreSQL/Prisma on the backend and React.js on the frontend shipping production code, owning modules end-to-end, and helping us keep performance, correctness, and developer experience sharp.
What you’ll do
- - Design, implement, and document REST APIs using Node.js, Express, Prisma, PostgreSQL.
- - Model data with Prisma (migrations, relations, indexes) and optimize queries for performance.
- - Implement clean service/controller patterns, validation, and error handling.
- - Build and maintain React.js front-end views and internal dashboards.
- - Write tests (unit/integration) and participate in code reviews.
- - Ship through CI/CD, monitor in production, and iterate with metrics.
- - Collaborate with product/design to scope, break down, and deliver features.
Must-have
- ~2+ years experience building production services with Node.js & Express.
- Solid SQL fluency and hands-on PostgreSQL experience (schema design, joins, indexes).
- Real-world experience with Prisma ORM (schema, migrations, performance).
- Frontend fundamentals with React.js (hooks, state/data fetching).
- Version control with Git, comfort with branching/PRs/code reviews.
- Clear communication, pragmatic problem-solving, ownership mindset.
- Ability to start immediately.
Nice to have
- TypeScript in Node/React.
- Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Cloud: DigitalOcean / Cloudflare (R2, CDN, WAF).
- Auth (JWT/OAuth), file uploads, caching (Redis), and performance profiling.
- Testing: Jest, Supertest, Playwright/Cypress.
- Basic DevOps (Nginx, SSL, monitoring).
What we offer
- Real ownership of features and architecture.
- Supportive, engineering-led culture and fast feedback loops.
- Growth opportunities across backend, infra, and product.
