CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Network Support Engineer to join our dynamic team
Tasks:
• Installation and Configuration, for all kind of networking devices and appliances.
• Debugging, problem solving and escalation of critical problems.
• Customer support.
Required Competencies:
• Routing and Switching experience in HPE, HPE Aruba, Cisco, Extreme Networks.
• Security experience in Firewalls (Fortinet).
• VOIP (Cisco, Avaya) is a plus.
• Professional technical certifications in HPE, HPE Aruba
• Good in English, French
Education and Experience:
• Degree in Computer Engineering or any related field
• More than 3 years of experience in IT networking
